4 hour: Abbreviated Online Classes
If you are at least 18 years old and did not pass your maneuverability, or road portion of the driving test, look no further. You are required to take the Ohio Abbreviated Adult Driving Course. The abbreviated course link provided by the Safety Council is a 4-hour, state-approved, online course that you can take at home.
The course fee is $68.99, payable online upon registration.
24 hour: In-Class Driver Education
Teens at least 15 years and 6 months trying to get their driver’s license in Ohio must complete 24 hours classroom instruction and 8 hours in-car. Online classroom is a convenient way to learn. The teen driver’s education course link provided by the Safety Council is a 24-hour, state-approved, online course.
The course fee is $74.99, payable online upon registration.
In-class driving courses
6 hour: Juvenile Remedial Classroom
The Juvenile Remedial course provided by the Safety Council is a 6-hour, state-approved, in class course for those sixteen, seventeen or eighteen years of age:
If you have a Probationary Two Revocation – which means you have been convicted of two separate moving violations in any two year period prior to reaching 18 years of age
If you have a Probationary Three Revocation – which means you have been convicted of three separate moving violations in any two year period prior to reaching 18 years of age
If you have been referred by a juvenile court
If you have been required by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles to take a juvenile driver improvement program (Note: The course cannot be taken before the mailing date of the suspension letter)
You have been required by another state to take a driver improvement program
The course fee is $85.00, payable online upon registration or with cash or money order day of class.

8 hour: Adult Remedial Classroom
The Adult Remedial course provided by the Safety Council is an 8-hour, state-approved, in class course:
